Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ferdi YAVUZ was born on 16.09.1979 in Ankara. He graduated from GATA Medical Faculty in 2003 as a Medical Doctor. He worked as a general practitioner in Cyprus between 2004-2006. Between 2006 and 2010, he completed his specialization training at the GATA Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and became a Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Specialist. Between 2010-2014, he worked as the Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service at Etimesgut Military Hospital. He was successful in the exam he entered in 2011 and was entitled to receive the European Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Competence Certificate. In 2016, he started to work as an assistant professor at the European University of Lefke, Faculty of Health Sciences. In December 2017, he was deemed successful by the Interuniversity Board Associate Professor Exam Jury and received the title of University Associate Professor. Currently,He is a lecturer at the European University of Lefke. He worked at Private FizyoCare FTR Center between June 2014 and September 2021. He continues his professional career in Ankara. As an academic study, he has authored many national and international articles, papers and book chapters. He has participated in many scientific congresses, conferences and meetings as an invited speaker and trainer.
